tl;dr 10/10 would recommend and would pick him again. Devonte is a great professional. Communication was easy, fast, and efficient. He listened to our requests and helped us find a house that matched our needs and budget. He has deep knowledge of the Buffalo region, the buying process and has an outstanding network of highly skilled professionals (banks, lawyers, home inspectors) to help along the way. Video tours of potential picks are comprehensive and have impressive attention to all the right details. He also helped us with negotiations on some gardening equipment and furniture.
